Products are sold exclusively in ZUCIANI Boutiques around the world. We do not retail our creations Online or through any Mail-Order service, and we are unable to verify the authenticity and origin of the items purchased through other channels.
2. How do I maintain my ZUCIANI product?
The Product Care Tab provides some general advice on how to maintain your item.
3. Where can I repair my ZUCIANI product?
Please visit a ZUCIANI Boutique with your product for our Sales Ambassadors to assist you in sending your item in for repair.
4. Can I return items purchased on sale?
All sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
5. If I give a gift to someone, can that person return it or exchange it for something else?
Gifts can be returned by mail or returned or exchanged in store when accompanied by the gift receipt or original packing slip. Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
